Thank you for shopping with Elevate Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Inc. We provide digital products, coaching resources, templates, training materials, consulting services, and business education tools designed to help clients grow with clarity, structure, and confidence.

Please review this Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital product sales are final.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on digital products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ebooks
  • Workbooks
  • Toolkits
  • Templates
  • Checklists
  • Digital guides
  • Training materials
  • Downloadable files
  • Online course materials
  • Prompt packs
  • Business resources
  • Ministry operations resources
  • Coaching and consulting digital tools

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, the sale is final.

  1. ONLINE COURSES AND TRAINING PROGRAMS

All online course and training program sales are final unless a specific written refund guarantee is listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Once access has been granted to course content, videos, workbooks, downloads, lessons, or member materials, no refund will be issued.

  1. COACHING, CONSULTING, AND STRATEGY SERVICES

Payments for coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, VIP sessions, audits, and advisory services are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled, started, delivered, or completed.

If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling is allowed one time when notice is given in advance. Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

  1. SUBSCRIPTIONS OR MEMBERSHIPS

If we offer subscriptions or memberships, you may cancel future billing according to the instructions provided at signup.

Cancellation stops future charges only. It does not create a refund for past payments, partial months, unused access, or previously delivered content.

  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, IF APPLICABLE

If physical products are offered in the future, returns may be accepted only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request help with a physical product issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include proof of purchase. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect product before approving a replacement or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  1. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 48 hours at support@elevatepathwayscoaching.com.

We will review the order and may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase at our discretion.

  1. TECHNICAL ACCESS ISSUES

If you have trouble accessing a digital product, download, course, or file, please contact us for support.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased. A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund unless we are unable to provide access to the purchased product.

  1. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

We encourage customers to contact us first before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed after the product or service has been delivered, we reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, access, delivery, communication, and service completion to the payment processor.

  1. NON-TRANSFERABLE PURCHASES

All purchases are for the original buyer only. Digital products, courses, templates, workbooks, and service access may not be shared, resold, copied, distributed, or transferred without written permission from Elevate Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Inc.
