Thank you for shopping with Elevate Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Inc. Our Shopify store provides digital products, downloadable resources, templates, workbooks, toolkits, online training materials, and other electronic resources.

We do not ship physical products.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

All products sold through this Shopify store are digital and downloadable unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

Digital products may be delivered by:

  • Instant download link
  • Email delivery
  • Shopify customer account access
  • Course platform access
  • Google Drive link
  • PDF download
  • Digital file attachment
  • Other electronic delivery method

No physical item will be mailed or shipped.

  1. SHIPPING FEES

Because our products are digital, no shipping fees are charged.

If a shipping charge appears at checkout by mistake, please contact us before completing your order.

  1. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Most digital products are delivered immediately after purchase or within a short processing time after payment is completed.

In some cases, access may be sent manually by email or through another digital platform. If manual delivery is required, please allow up to 24-48 business hours for access to be sent.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct email address
  • Checking your inbox
  • Checking your spam or junk folder
  • Downloading and saving your files
  • Keeping your purchased materials secure
  • Contacting us if you do not receive access
  1. DOWNLOAD ACCESS ISSUES

If you do not receive your download link, cannot access your file, or experience a technical issue, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the digital product you purchased.

  1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

Elevate Pathways Coaching & Consulting, Inc. does not currently ship physical products.

This means:

  • No printed products are mailed
  • No packages are shipped
  • No shipping tracking number is provided
  • No shipping carrier is used
  • No delivery address is required for digital-only purchases unless Shopify requests it for payment processing
  1. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Digital products may be available to customers outside the United States where permitted by law and platform rules.

Customers are responsible for making sure they can legally access and use the digital products in their country or region.

  1. LOST OR DELETED FILES

Customers are encouraged to download and save their purchased files after receiving access.

If you lose or delete a file, contact us and we may resend access when possible. We cannot guarantee lifetime access to every digital product, download link, or file storage location.
